HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1- Open your browser and go to https://online1.penfed.org
Step 2- From the homepage, enter your sign-on ID in the login area that can be found on the left side of the homepage then login to account.
Step 3- On the next page, enter your password and click submit.
If you enter the right details, you will be taken to the account dashboard. You are done!
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / USER ID?
If you are unable to recall your username or password, you may reset your password by following the steps below:
Step 1- If you forgot your password, go to the bank’s homepage, click the link that says “I Need Help Logging in”.
Step 2- Once you click the “I need help logging in” link, a pop up will show up. Choose whether you have forgot password, username, or both as shown below.
Step 3- If you forgot password, you will be asked to enter member number, security code and date of birth as shown below
Step 4- if you forgot your username, you will be asked to enter your social security number.
HOW TO ENROLL
PenFed Credit Union allows its customers to enroll for online banking. All you need to is to follow the steps below.
Step 1- Click on the create online account button just below the sign-on area on the main page menu as shown below.
Step 2- On the next page, click “let’s get started as shown below”.
Step 3- On the next page, enter your details as shown below:
