Step 2- Please enter your Access ID, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number and Email Address, then click Submit
The system after verifying your identity will send you an email with directions on how to reset your password

Provincial Bank gives its customer the liberty of registering for the online banking service via their PC. Please follow these steps to enroll:
Step 1- In the homepage, please click the ‘New User’ link
Step 2- Please complete all required fields in the First Time User Authentication form, then hit submit
You will asked to read and accept the Online Banking Agreement before entering your new password. After completing the process you will have created your account
